Full info for the BBQ Chalet & Race.
It will be a 2D1N chalet with food and beverages provided for all users. Also, there will be a race with prizes to be won specially for the users. The details for the chalet are as follows:
Date & Time: 24th August 2013 11AM to 25th August 2013 10AM.
Activities Outline:
- Race will start at 11am sharp.
Race team will be in a group of 5 to 8 people. The users can choose to form their own teams. Team members and team name will have to be submitted to the DJ Ivy by 22nd August 2013 23.59. Users without a team will be allocated to groups on that day itself.
- Prize Presentation for the race at 5pm.
- BBQ and Meet & Greet session with the DJs till late.
- Staying over is compulsory.
Things to bring:
Extra clothing & undergarments x1
Toothbrush x1
Towel x1
Raincoat x1
*Meals will be provided.
